IT'S all change at the Eccleshall Show Society as several long-serving officers are handing on their roles.

John Poole, from Sugnall, has stepped down as president in favour of Robert Cartmail, of Knightly, whose father Tom was one of the founding members of the show back in 1947. Mr Cartmail has been chairman for many years and that position has now passed to Edward Lambert.

Mr Lambert, from Great Bridgeford has been involved with the show since childhood.

Former show manager Peter Titley of Walton has become a vice president and handed over the managerial reins to Amanda Graham, of Eccleshall, who is also treasurer.
