STAFFORD Rangers slumped to a fourth consecutive Evo Stik premier defeat, going down 2-0 at Rushall Olympic on Bank Holiday Monday.
This result leaves Rangers anchored to the foot of the table and now the only side without a single league point so far this season.
Rangers manager Greg Clowes made three changes from the team beaten 4-1 at home by newly promoted Trafford 48 hours earlier.
In came defender Lucan Spittle, former Wigan player Andy Mason and long serving Peter Heler.
But Rangers got off to a bad start when they conceded a goal after just five minues.
Former Boro winger Luke Bottomer crossed into the near post and the experienced Dele Adebola headed home.
Rangers again found chances hard to come by, while the hosts created several opportunities to increase the lead.
Jack Langston had a snap shot kept out, before Ahmed Obeng made it 2-0 to Rushall on 73 minutes.
Next up for Rangers is a home league fixture against Ilkeston FC on Saturday (3pm).
