TICKETS go on sale tomorrow for Staffordian comic Dave Gorman’s return to his home town.
The TV star embarks on his new tour in autumn 2014, which will include a date at the Gatehouse Theatre.
The October 30 show may be more than a year away but fans have been urged to book their tickets as soon as possible following previous sell-out Stafford shows.
Dave Gorman Gets Straight to the Point (The PowerPoint) is Gorman’s first new live show in three years and follows on from Powerpoint Presentation, which toured nationwide and included several London performances.
Currently starring on comedy TV channel Dave with critically acclaimed show Modern Life is Goodish, Gorman has also made waves overseas.
He had two six-week runs off Broadway, New York, extended to three months and has completed a successful four-month tour of the US as well as twice winning Best One Person Show at the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival.
In Australia he was responsible for the fastest selling show in the history of Sydney Opera House’s Studio Theatre.
Fans closer to home can get tickets for the Gatehouse for £20 each from 9.30am tomorrow. To book visit www.staffordgatehousetheatre.co.uk or call the box office on 01785 254653.
